We encourage you to take advantage of all the available programs. We understand that each associate has unique care needs. We hope this digital enrollment guide, along with our additional communications and decision-making tools, will help you make the best health care choices for you and your family. Please take time to review your options and gain a better understanding of your benefits.

2026 Open Enrollment

Overview:

Your enrollment period is an important time to review your benefit options and choose the best coverage for you and your family. You can enroll in benefits within the Open Enrollment period to ensure your benefits are effective January 1st, 2026. If you fail to enroll during the Open Enrollment period, your next opportunity is a qualifying life event.

2026 Open Enrollment Details:

Open Enrollment Period:

The 2026 Open Enrollment period is from October 27, 2025 through November 7th, 2025.

Open Enrollment Meetings:

OE Meeting Dates

Changes for 2026:

  • Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM): Moving from CapRx to TrueScripts. New ID cards will be mailed.
  • Dental: Moving from UMR to Delta Dental.
  • Life & Disability: Moving from Reliance Standard to Lincoln Financial.
  • Supplemental Life: No EOI will be necessary to elect up to the guaranteed issue amount for this enrollment only.

Mid-Year Plan Changes:

Eligible associates may enroll or make changes to their benefit elections during the annual Open Enrollment period. Once you elect an option you are bound to that choice for the entire plan year unless you experience a "Qualifying Event". These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes in employment status
  • Changes in legal marital status
  • Changes in number of dependents
  • Dependent satisfies or ceases to satisfy eligibility requirements
  • Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave
  • A COBRA-qualifying event
  • Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid

You must notify a Human Resource Manager of any change in status within 30 days of the qualifying event (60 days for enrollment in Medicaid).

Documentation substantiating the mid-year change is also required. Any report of a status change past 30 days of the event is considered a late enrollee and changes cannot be made until the next Open Enrollment Period.

Please note: A qualifying life event (QLE) may allow you to add or drop coverage, but not to switch between medical plans 1 and 2. That change can only be made during Open Enrollment.
